Limitations & requirements
- The TopStep app and the Pro add-on run on Windows only.
- To trade you need your PC powered on, or a Windows VPS for 24/7 coverage.
- TraderPilot Pro requires NinjaTrader 8.0 or higher installed.
- The license binds to one machine's Hardware ID. Switching PCs requires reissuing the license.
- TraderPilot is an execution and risk-management tool: it is not financial advice and does not guarantee results.
Refund policy
- Cancel from your dashboard before the trial end date and time to avoid the first charge, or before the next renewal to avoid the next charge. Access continues until the confirmed end date. Cancellation does not automatically refund previous charges.
- Request a refund review at soporte@traderpilot.net within 7 days after a charge. Requests are reviewed case by case. Issuing a license or using the trial does not by itself remove your ability to request a review. We review duplicate charges, charges after effective cancellation, and delivery or service failures attributable to us. This policy does not limit rights under applicable law.
- Issuing a license or requesting a download does not by itself prove activation or actual use. TraderPilot is execution and risk management software; it does not guarantee trading results.
Pricing & license questions
New eligible accounts receive one 7-day trial. Returning subscribers pay on confirmation. Stripe then renews the annual subscription automatically until canceled.
