Limitations & requirements
- The TopStep app and the Pro add-on run on Windows only.
- To trade you need your PC powered on, or a Windows VPS for 24/7 coverage.
- TraderPilot Pro requires NinjaTrader 8.0 or higher installed.
- The license binds to one machine's Hardware ID. Switching PCs requires reissuing the license.
- TraderPilot is an execution and risk-management tool: it is not financial advice and does not guarantee results.
Refund policy
- TraderPilot is licensed digital software issued and activated immediately after payment.
- If the license fails to activate due to a technical issue on our side, we fix it or reissue the license at no cost.
- Refund requests are reviewed case by case within 7 days of purchase, as long as the license has not been activated.
- Before buying, use the live demo and the install guide to confirm compatibility. Any doubts, message us first.
